Laziza
Laziza is a packaged malt beverage, so a useful home recipe should begin with the actual product rather than pretend to recreate its manufacturing process. This citrus spritz serving suggestion adds lemon, a little syrup and sparkling water to a chilled original-flavor bottle. The result is lighter and more citrus-led while keeping the malt character recognizable. It is inspired by the general idea of a nonalcoholic shandy and is not presented as the restaurant’s service or a brand-endorsed formula. Pour gently, keep everything cold and enjoy the drink as soon as it is mixed.

- This is a citrus serving suggestion using purchased Laziza, not a recipe for manufacturing the branded beverage.
- Pour the malt beverage last and slowly to control the foam.
- Check the particular bottle’s ingredients and alcohol declaration if those details matter to your guests.
