Peach & Orange Blossom
Orange-flavored vodka and peach juice create the fruit character in this light sparkling cocktail. Despite its name, the Beiruty menu describes orange vodka rather than a separate dose of orange blossom water, so this home adaptation preserves that straightforward ingredient combination. A splash of club soda opens up the peach flavor without making the drink overly long. Look for a smooth peach juice or nectar with a clear fruit taste, and chill it before mixing. The result is a quick highball that needs no blender, elaborate syrup or decorative pile of fruit.

Ingredients
- 45 ml Grey Goose L’Orange vodka
- 90 ml peach juice or peach nectar, chilled
- 45 ml club soda, chilled
- 150 g ice cubes
- 1 thin peach slice, optional garnish
Method
Fill a tall glass with the ice.
Measure in the orange vodka and peach juice, then stir gently for 5 seconds.
Pour the club soda down the inside of the glass and give one slow stir.
Add the optional peach slice and serve immediately.

- Choose peach juice rather than peach-flavored syrup for the specified balance.
- If using thick nectar, replace 15 ml of the nectar with 15 ml cold water.
